With a side of fresh green chili, I believe I would enjoy eating at Chez Jacquelyn Ann.
Jacquelyn Ann: ... ... Thanks, you'd be welcome anytime.

An interesting way to prepare zucchini - I must remember. I have a summer soup (cold) that I make from zucchini.
Jacquelyn Ann: ... ... I sometimes use a little veggie spirilizer to make this noodle-like looking dish, but in this case I bought it already packaged, as I injured my wrist so the turning movement is difficult. It's so much easier to just buy it in the grocery store spiralized and packaged when you're in a hurry.

I have not seen a dish like this before.
Jacquelyn Ann: ... ... I often read a bunch of recipes and with my food restrictions come up with a simple version of cooking it. So here is just fish cooked in a little veggie broth with dill, onion and garlic powder on it. The noodle-looking zucchini is spiralized and just cooked quickly in the same broth with pepper added. I might have added a few other herbs to it. I never make anything the same twice. Well, not often.
