To Brighten Your Day

Today... is the six week mark since my right TKR (total knee replacement) on May 17th. I wake up, do my physio and keep a positive attitude each day. My physiotherapist calls me a "Superstar." So eventhough this was a lot harder than my hip replacement 8 years ago, I continue to tell myself daily to just...  "Trust the process." This is also a lesson in patience. The other knee is next on my list.

Soon you will be called Steel Woman. Yes, the recovery processes takes a lot of discipline and neglecting them, can be disastrous.

A beautiful flower to perk you up.
The secret is to do the physio. I know that worked for my wife when her hip was done nearly 2 years ago now

What a glorious colour this is
The knee is a bit more painful but as you know, the physio must be done. A beautiful blossom here and Bravo for your positive outlook.
Wow - that's a real blaze of colour. Keep up the good work on the knee!
